WALLACH LAWYERS LITIGATION LAW
Wallach Lawyers is a boutique litigation firm. Our goal is to resolve matters early and inexpensively to suit our client’s objectives. Sometimes that happens before a lawsuit starts. That’s the goal of Pre-Crisis Management. Sometimes litigation is necessary or unavoidable. That is when Crisis Management is needed.
We believe in Strategic Advocacy - analyzing a problem and customizing an appropriate response. It can involve as little as a well drafted letter or be as complicated as a full blown lawsuit. It can also be somewhere in-between, for example, by using mediation to accomplish our client’s goals. We are litigators who are equally effective advocating in person, in writing or on Zoom.
LARRY WALLACH
A Certified Specialist in Civil Litigation since 2004, Larry spent the decade before as a generalist, extensively practicing commercial and residential real estate, leasing, landlord and tenant, corporate, family, administrative and criminal law in addition to his civil litigation practice; a unique background that adds depth and sophistication to both his litigating and negotiating skills. Larry is known for his exhaustive and comprehensive court preparation, inspired by an episode of the Twilight Zone, called “One for the Angels”. He is most comfortable in a court room, under pressure and thinking on his feet, resulting in his being contacted by the occasional spectator and even opposition client seeking to retain his services.

SHAUN ROTMAN
Prior to being called to the Ontario Bar, Shaun worked in information technology; skills he developed while attending York University’s IT program. Those skills are an essential component of our litigation expertise, now refined for today's virtual court hearings and electronic / paperless practice of law. His most creative use of technology: using internet archives to disprove the opposition’s damages. Shaun is known to be charmingly tenacious, whether negotiating or appearing in court. His downtime is spent hiking, camping and photographing.
